Perry Donald “Pete” Lee

Age 73 of Elmira, NY. He was born March 10, 1947 in Litchfield, PA, son of the late Perry S. and Rosa (Chilson) Lee and passed away on Sunday morning, December 20, 2020. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers Jacob, Cameron, and Clayton Lee; and sisters Genevieve Clark, Mildred Brown, Beatrice Simons, and Anna Cole. Pete, as he was known, is survived by his children Michelle (Yasser) Lee, and Shawn (Cheryl) Lee; 9 beloved grandchildren; siblings Bob Lee, Joseph (Jeannine) Lee, Susan (Richard) Comstock-Lee, and Ruth Shipman; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

Pete retired as a Master Carpenter; he received the honor of 2 Master Certifications over his career. He served his country in the Marines during the Vietnam War. Perry will be remembered as a tough, honorable man who loved his family. He will be laid to rest in Woodlawn National Cemetery, Elmira with military honors. Condolences at www.barberfuneralhome.com
