Constance (Connie) B. Ruger

Horseheads - Age 82, passed away Thursday, February 11, 2021 at the AdventHealth Waterman Hospital in Florida. Connie was born in Elmira, the daughter of Carleton and Elizabeth (TenBroeck) Schroth. She is survived by her husband William (Bill) Ruger; stepson Terry (Barbara) Ruger; brothers, William (Connie Wolcott) Schroth of Elmira, Allen (Carol) Schroth of Elmira; sister, Carlene (Richard) Hammond of Spencer NY; along with several grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Connie enjoyed spending the winter months in Florida, walking the beaches, crocheting and needlepoint.

Connie is pre-deceased by her parents; stepsons, Thomas, Timothy and Theodore Ruger and brother Ronald (Patricia) Schroth.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Connie’s memory may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care or to the charity of one's choice.

At her request, no services will be held.
