Age 54, of Horseheads, died Wednesday, February 17, 2010, at his home, with his loving family by his side. Alan was born June 9, 1955 in Elmira, NY, the son of the late Holly Sr. and Ann Vanderpool Snowburg. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Pamela (Heatwole) Snowburg; Children, Chad(Sarah) Snowburg of Big Flats; Michael (Cherie) Snowburg, of Holly Springs, NC; Alana Snowburg and Jarrid Storch of Elmira; Nicole (Christian) Schiller of Elmira Heights; grandchildren, Anthony, Joseph, Lilian, Bella and Jace, brother, Holly Jr. Snowburg of Williamsburg, VA; sister, Christine Snowburg of Geneva, NY; In addition to his parents Alan is predeceased by his brother Paul Snowburg. Family and friends are invited to call at the Barber Funeral Home 413 S. Main St. Horseheads on Saturday Feb. 20, 2010 from 10-11:00 am where his A memorial service will be held there at the funeral home at 2:00 pm. His interment will take place privately at the convenience of his family.
